Class' are every Sunday between 12 midday and 3pm Training costs just £10 for the full three hours and your first session is always free An additional cost of £12 is required as a one year insurance cover and we ask that sensible clothing be worn (NO JEANS) Please be aware that if you do not have wrestling boots then you will be required to train barefoot as trainers will not be allowed on the Mats |
